Services
RYC Works provides AI-native web design and development services. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements between RYC Works and the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary assets (content, images, brand materials). Delays in client deliverables may affect project timelines.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before handover of final deliverables.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. RYC Works retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
Limitation of Liability
RYC Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
